Hoboken Tenant Advocate Now Available For Residents Seeking Advice

The Hoboken tenant advocate will offer advice on housing matters, officials say.

Hoboken, NJ – Sometime you need an expert’s opinion.

The City of Hoboken announced Monday that a municipal tenant advocate will hold office hours open to any Hoboken resident seeking advice on housing matters.

According to a city news release, Andrew Sobel will be available during office hours by appointment between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday June 9, June 23, July 7, July 21, August 4, and August 18.

“Any Hoboken resident wishing to attend the office hours must email (mwright@sobelhan.com) or call Mr. Sobel’s office at (973) 874-5545 in advance and provide a description of the issue to be discussed in order to schedule an appointment,” city officials stated.

The location for the open office hours will be the basement conference room in City Hall at 94 Washington Street.
