Hoboken's Waterfront III Scores Another Tenant

The 500,000 square foot complex on River Street in Hoboken also leases space to Jet.com, Regus and Pearson Education.

Score one more tenant for the Waterfront III building in Hoboken.

Real estate developer SJP Properties recently announced that it has added software company NICE Systems Inc. to the list of clients entrenched the company’s 500,000 square foot, 14-story complex on River Street, the Waterfront Corporate Center III.

Since completing construction on the building earlier this year, SJP has signed multi-million corporate tenants that include Jet.com, Pearson Education and Regus.

“Over the years, NICE has made significant investments to grow its presence in the New Jersey/New York region,” stated Tom Dziersk, president of NICE Americas. “The company remains committed to future growth in the area, recognizing the opportunities available to grow our businesses and expand our NICE community.”

“Over the past few years, the Hudson River waterfront in New Jersey has seen an increasingly diverse mix of tenants that are attracted to the area’s high-quality transportation network and skilled workforce,” stated Steven J. Pozycki, chairman and CEO of SJP Properties.

“In particular, we’ve seen significant activity at Waterfront Corporate Center from companies in the technology sector, as this property offers quick access to New York City, while providing the high-performance, technologically advanced work environment these companies require,” Pozycki added.
