JoJo Maman Bébé Expands Into Hoboken, Inks Long-Term Lease
Realtor: Hoboken and another N.J. town are the first two locations for the U.K.-based retail clothing corporation.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Maternity and children’s clothing boutique JoJo Maman Bébé recently inked a "long-term" lease at its new Hoboken location, realtors say.
Earlier this week, Cushman & Wakefield announced that the UK-based chain signed a new lease at a 900-square-foot location at 407 Washington Street. The store’s Hoboken presence – among the first in the U.S. for JoJo Maman Bébé – opened in June.
Along with its new Montclair store, which opened earlier this month, the Hoboken JoJo Maman Bébé represents the first two New Jersey locations for the clothing retailer.

The 25-year-old brand has 90 stores in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It offers baby clothes, quality kids wear, and stylish maternity and nursing collections, along with gifts, toys and practical products.
“JoJo Maman Bébé caters to mid-market demographics, and its first two New Jersey locations reflect the vibrant downtowns we are targeting,” Cushman & Wakefield’s David Townes said. “These markets serve a population of young, growing families, which makes them great fits.”
