Landmark Hoboken Building Goes Up For Sale: $5.8 Million

The building at 1400 Washington Street – which counts the Hudson Reporter newspaper company among its tenants – is now for sale.

According to Zillow, the “landmark corner building” has three stories with potential expansion for two more floors. Possible uses include a “high-end restaurant or boutique fashion store,” and the building features 3,000 square feet of footage per floor, plus a mezzanine.

The asking price is $5.8 million, according to Zillow.
