See a popular real estate website's least expensive home for sale in Hoboken, named one of the "Top Small Cities" in the United States.

HOBOKEN, NJ — According to a popular real estate website, the least expensive home for sale in Hoboken is a condo on 1st Street.
The Mile Square City was recently named one of the “200 Top Small Cities” in the United States by financial information provider WalletHub. See the full list here.
Placing at #135 overall, Hoboken was the only Hudson County municipality to crack the list.

As of Nov. 5, the least expensive home for sale in Hoboken on Realtor.com is a condo at 605 1st Street. The unit was listed at $329,000.
