Mixed-Use Project In Hoboken Gets ‘Smart Growth’ Award

A Hoboken development project was named among New Jersey Future's "2018 Smart Growth Award Winners."

HOBOKEN, NJ — There’s growth… then there’s “smart” growth. And the difference between the two is what sets the standard for redevelopment in New Jersey, according to a nonprofit advocacy group.

A Hoboken development project – 700 Jackson - was recently named among New Jersey Future’s “2018 Smart Growth Award Winners.”

According to New Jersey Future, 700 Jackson is “a transit-oriented, mixed-use, mixed-income development that includes public and civic uses and innovative stormwater management features.”
