New Harrison Luxury Apartments Touted As Less Expensive Option To Hoboken

Harrison Station 330 will be located a block from the town's PATH station, developers say.

If you’re looking for a less expensive alternative to living in Hoboken, try Harrison.

That’s one of the pitches that developers Ironstate Development Company and The Pegasus Group are using to sell space in their new luxury apartment complex, Harrison Station 330.

Developers of the collection of 329 modern rental apartments, located one block from the town’s PATH station, celebrated the grand opening of the complex on Thursday.

According to a release, the building is the third phase of a multi-phase development Ironstate and The Pegasus Group are executing adjacent to the Harrison PATH station. The project’s first two phases, which are completed and occupied, include 275 apartments, more than 20,000 square feet of street-level retail space and a 138-key element hotel from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

Once completed, the overall development will feature 2,250 residences and 80,000 square feet of retail space, in addition to the hotel, developers say.

“We’re thrilled to now introduce the latest offering of residences which will continue to shape this new neighborhood while providing an exciting alternative to more expensive options in Jersey City and Hoboken,” said Michael Barry, President of Ironstate Holdings.
