A new condominium offering will follow a sell-out of earlier phases at Henley on Hudson in Weehawken, developers said.

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — The final phase of construction has begun at Henley on Hudson, a 201-home luxury condominium complex located along the Hudson River in Weehawken.
On Monday, the project’s developers, Lennar Corporation, announced that pre-construction sales at the new residential complex will be launched later this year in anticipation of an early 2018 opening.
According to a company news release, the 67 new units will be situated in two buildings of four and six stories above a private parking garage. The newly-designed residences will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 1,165 to 1,998 square feet of living space. The single-level designs will feature upscale finishes and appointments, with many of the homes offering balconies and/or terraces that have views of midtown Manhattan.
