NJ Transit, LCOR To Hold Public Meeting On Hoboken Yard Plan
A public meeting will discuss proposed changes to one of the most important redevelopment plans in recent Hoboken history.

HOBOKEN, NJ — A public meeting is being planned to discuss one of the most important real estate projects in recent Mile Square City history: the Hoboken Yard redevelopment plan.
On Monday, Nov. 25, NJ Transit and LCOR, the designated developer for the project, will hold an open house/information session in the waiting room at Hoboken Terminal.
Representatives from NJ Transit and LCOR, as well as select professional services firms, will be available from 6 to 8 p.m. to discuss proposed changes to the plan, which may bring a pair of new high-rise buildings and several other changes to the area near Hoboken Terminal and Observer Highway.

NJ Transit owns most of the property where the project is based.
All members of the public are invited to attend the forum.

According to an email from Hoboken Councilwoman Jen Giattino, the planning board will be reviewing the amended LCOR redevelopment plan on Tuesday, Dec. 3. It will be their responsibility to determine whether or not the amended plan is consistent with the master plan reexamination, she said.
