Real Estate Firm Expands Into Hoboken And Montclair

Halstead Property will open two new offices following the acquisition of Rhodes Van Note.

New York City-based real estate brokerage firm Halstead Property is expanding its footprint into New Jersey with the opening of two new offices in Hoboken and Montclair.

The expansion will be done following the acquisition of New Jersey-based boutique firm, Rhodes Van Note, according to a release.

“With nearly 65 agents in both our Hoboken and Montclair offices, we will further expand our already growing suburban footprint in New Jersey and continue to enhance our strong market share in the best commuter towns,” stated Eugene Cordano, executive director of sales of NJ for Halstead Property.
