What Was Hoboken's Average Home Sale Price For 2015?

Hoboken, NJ - Hoboken homeowners have a leg up on their Hudson County neighbors, according to state figures.

The New Jersey Division of Taxation recently released data on the average sale price – not listing price or assessed price – for all homes sold in Hudson County in 2015.

In Hoboken, the average sale price was $668,412.

The average Hudson County sale price was $428,172.
