A house where Bruce Springsteen lived and the E Street Band rehearsed off "Telegraph Hill" in the 1970s is up for sale - for a cool $3.299 million, according to a listing on Trulia.com.
The Asbury Park Press said the house at 7 The Summit in Holmdel was featured in the 2010 documentary "The Promise: The Making of Darkness on the Edge of Town." The house was discussed in the 2015 documentary on the making of "The River" called "The Ties That Bind."

The 6,000-square-foot 19th century farmhouse includes a woodland setting, an in-ground swimming pool, a multi-room barn, a four-car heated garage with two apartments above and a circular drive , according to Trulia.
The main residence has six bedrooms, five and 1/2 baths and "extremely large" reception, living and dining rooms.

"Spectacular residential compound, previously owned by a well known entertainer, only mins to the ocean and the NJ Garden State Pkwy and a short commute from NYC and Asbury Park/Ocean Grove," according to the listing.
The house was previously available as a rental for $5,000 a month. Ironically, Springsteen paid $700 a month when he first moved in in 1976, according to the APP.
"You knew when the Boss was home as his 1960 Corvette would be out in front," The Press wrote. "The property was called 'Boss Acres' and 'Thrill Hill' by fans and associates when Springsteen lived there. Springsteen's primary residence is now in Colts Neck."
