Chipotle, Kay's Jewelers Coming to Holmdel
And a new business will open up on Rt. 35 in Middletown, as well.
Holmdel, NJ - A Chipotle and Kay's Jewelers will be coming to the intersection of Rt. 35 and Union Avenue, according to the Holmdel Planning Board, the Asbury Park Press reports.
This used to be the site of a Lukoil gas station, which was demolished to make room for the new retail store and restaurant location. The Chipotle and Kay's will share the new 4,500-square-foot building, which has been constructed, but is currently empty. The tenants have not moved in yet.
On Rt. 35 in Middletown, at the intersection of Navesink River Road, a former Bank of America branch is being converted into a branch of Advisors Mortgage Group, the Ocean Township-based mortgage company.
