Mutual Morris is a mutual aid group started in February by a resident of Jefferson Township to help our communities across the county deal with some of the effects of COVID-19 and the related changing economic and societal systems. The world is different now, and we are finding new ways to move forward, together.

While we figure out the future, our dozens of volunteers are busy picking up groceries and other essential items and delivering them to hundreds of people across the county who are vulnerable due to age, health conditions, or economic status.

More than 200 families are in our network already and getting regular care, and we don't discriminate or ask questions or turn anyone away.

Mutual aid is community members helping community members. The basic essence of what a community is, and why human beings chose to come live together in the first place. We don't rely on outside support from governments or corporations or large non-profits. We rely on ourselves, and each other. What do you need? What can you offer to others?
