Introduction to Girl Scouting

Girl Scouts of Jefferson Township is growing Daisy Girl Scouts!

Wednesday May 30, 2012 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the Jefferson Township Middle School Cafeteria

Begin a new journey by joining us for an introduction to Girl Scouting! Girl Scout Junior Troop 1011 and their Troop Leaders will host this fun filled event! All girls entering Kindergarten in the fall 2012 and their parents are invited to join us for songs, crafts and refreshments. Your “Daisies to be” will learn to say the Girl Scout Promise. This activity is the first step in earning their Daisy center Patch.

While the “Daisies to be” are having fun with Troop 1011, parents will meet with the Girls Scouts of Jefferson Township Service Unit who will explain what it means to be part of Girl Scouts, answer all your questions, form troops and help fill out the GSUSA registration forms for the 2012/2013 Girl Scout year. (The GSUSA Registration Fee for each girl is $24 and $12 per adult annually.)

There is no admission fee for this event! However, a non perishable food item for our local food pantry would be greatly appreciated!
