National Night Out

The Jefferson Township Police Department will be participating this year in the National Night Out Program sponsored by National Association of Town Watch.

This will be the eighth year Jefferson Township has participated in the event. This year the entire community will be highlighted and the event will be held at the Jefferson Township Municipal Building.  In previous years the event was held at locations in Milton and a location in Lake Hopatcong.

The event is primarily designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness and to strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community relations.
