Florida Man Caught Burglarizing Vehicle Outside Club 15, Police Say
Dennis Rafael Figueroa Lopez was also found with bag of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
A Florida man was caught last month burglarizing a vehicle outside Club 15, Jefferson Police said.
Dennis Rafael Figueroa Lopez, 32, of Pompano Beach, Fla., was charged with burglary, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officer Sean Krater responded to the Route 15 establishment on March 21 for a report of a motor vehicle burglary. As Figueroa Lopez was placed under arrest, officers found him in possession of a clear plastic bag containing suspected marijuana, Capt. Eric Wilsusen said.
Figueroa Lopez was charged and transported to the Morris County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
