JEFFERSON, NJ — A crash and fuel spill are jamming Route 15 Thursday morning, NJ DOT says.
The crash happened on Rt. 15 northbound in Jefferson, near Berkshire Valley Road. The left and center lanes are closed. Drivers should expect delays.
