Lake Hopatcong Resident Earns Fall College Degree at Marietta College

William Webber of Jefferson has earned his college degree a wee bit early. The Lake Hopatcong resident finished the requirements for earning a bachelor's degree in marketing and management at Marietta College during the fall 2013 semester as opposed to the usual spring, the school announced this week.

Webber is among about 40 students who finished their degree requirements during the fall. The students have the option to receive their diplomas in the mail in early 2014 or to wait and walk during the college's official commencement ceremony in May.

Marietta College is a four-year liberal arts college in Marietta, Ohio.
