New Drop-Off Procedures In Place at High School

With a new school year comes a new drop-off procedure at . The Board of Education is reminding parents to be aware that all students arriving by private cars are to be dropped off in parking lot B, which is behind the high school by the baseball field. 

According to the school web site, "All vehicles must enter via the main entrance and proceed under the connector to the 'B' parking lot. Keep to the right and continue around the parking lot to the sidewalk area. Students can be dropped off along the sidewalk adjacent to the high school and can enter the school at the doorways under the connector or at the end of the D-wing. Maintain a single line of traffic at all times. The driveway in front of the main entrance, the shoulder of Weldon Road, and the ‘A’ parking lot can no longer be used for morning drop-off as these areas are dedicated for bus drop-off and faculty/student parking. The shoulder of Weldon Road can continue to be used for afternoon pick-up."

In addition, parents are , a left turn for drivers coming to the complex from the Oak Ridge section of town, and a right turn for those coming from the Lake Hopatcong section of town.
