Stop Sign Added to Oak Ridge Neigborhood

A stop sign is coming soon to the intersection of 2nd Lt. John Wroblewski Drive and Maryann Road, the township council approved at Wednesday night's meeting.

The council approved ordinance 17-12 to add the stop sign at the intersection in Oak Ridge off Cozy Lake Road.

Jefferson Police Capt. Eric Wilsusen said the street is not a highly traveled road, but the request came in from a resident to add the sign.

He said the resident saw a need because at the end of Wroblewski Drive you could turn right or left on Maryann, but there is no traffic stop on Maryann.
