'Top Chef,' Best-Selling Author Viviani to Cook at ShopRite of Morristown

ShopRite of Greater Morristown opened to much fanfare late last year, and for good reason. Now it’s offering customers two free cooking demonstrations from a world-renown chef.

Chef Fabio Viviani of Bravo Network’s Top Chef and a New York Times best-selling cookbook author will be on hand at the ShopRite of Greater Morristown on East Hanover Avenue in Cedar Knolls on Thursday.

Viviani will hold two cooking demonstrations from noon to 1:30 p.m. and again from 5 to 7 p.m. Viviani will also be available to greet customers and sign copies of his cookbook, “Fabio’s Italian Kitchen,” which will be on sale at the store.
