68-Story Kushner Luxury Tower Opens In Jersey City Complex

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Another luxury building opened in Jersey City's Journal Square developed by Kushner Real Estate. The building offers 704 apartments priced from $1,960 and up.

The second luxury rental tower at the Journal Squared complex in Journal Square opened on Wednesday. The new luxury town is a 68-story building and the tallest of the three-phase Journal Squared complex. The building has already leased over 50 percent of its apartments in the nine weeks since leasing began.

Initial occupancy is now underway, according to developers.

The tower has a mix of studios and micro studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. There is also a collection of one-bedroom homes with unique den spaces.

“This development is the crown jewel of our urban portfolio, to date,” said Jonathan Kushner, President of KRE developers. “You can see it from the New Jersey Turnpike from miles away and from New York City as you gaze west. KRE is proud of this project and being part of the growth of Jersey City.”
