New Five-Story Luxury Building Opens On Jersey City's West Side
The Agnes on Jersey City's West Side has 145-units.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — A new luxury apartment building officially opened on Jersey City's West Side on Tuesday.
The Agnes is a five-story, 145-unit building located at 155 Clarke Avenue. The units are between studios and two-bedrooms, 75 percent of which have already been leased, with the first residents having moved in.
The building offers over 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities including a pool, gym, dog run, children's play room, communal kitchen and patio space. A studio with one bathroom is priced at $1,568.

On the street the building hosts a wellness-focused café called The Nell featuring local coffee roaster Afficianado Roasters.
Jersey City's West Side has become a focus for development — earlier this month another luxury building announced its official opening. The new RIVET 26 apartment development started offering pre-leasing this month and offers similar amenities.
