2 Burglaries Reported Sunday In Forked River
The two burglaries were reported at Medicine To Go Pharmacies on Lacey Road and in an unlocked car on Tappan Street.
LACEY, NJ — Two burglaries were reported in Forked River on Sunday, Lacey Township police said.
Police responded to an audible alarm at Medicine To Go Pharmacies on Lacey Road around 3 a.m. On arrival, police found the front glass was shattered.
Surveillance video showed someone approaching the window and throwing a large rock through it, according to police.

The unidentified suspect fled on foot when the alarm sounded, police said. The incident is under investigation.
Later that morning at 9:28 a.m., items were reported stolen from an unlocked car parked at a Tappan Street home, police said.

A resident told police that license plates were stolen from two of their vehicles.
No further information was available about the incidents.
