LACEY, NJ — Trapper and Lilly are looking for a loving home. The senior beagles came to the Associated Human Popcorn Park Shelter after a family divorce left them without a place to live.

Trapper, 12, has the darker face. Lilly, 11, is Trapper's daughter. They both faced neglect in their previous home, according to the Popcorn Park Shelter. Both had ear infections, overgrown nails, weight issues and a dental disease.

They spent time in the shelter's medical department getting their nails trimmed and teeth pulled, along with other procedures. Now they feel like a million bucks.

"They just adore everyone they meet from the moment they meet them," the shelter says. "They also love each other, and need a home where they can stay together forever. They're well behaved, housebroken, fun, happy, and they get along with dogs, cats and kids."
