Apple Festival at Lacey Day!

Old Fashion Fall Family Fun

The Lacey Historical Society invites you to enjoy Apple Festival at Lacey Day, this Saturday, September 28th from noon to four o'clock, under the pavilion at Gille Park. There will be various fresh apple products for sale, a pie eating contest, free vintage games (with prizes) , colonial costumes to try on for selfies, free shuttle to tour the Old Schoolhouse museum and of course the Apple Pie baking contest. The contest is open to adults and students. There will be cash prizes for first place $50.00, second place $30.00 and third $20.00. There is not a fee to enter. Pickup registration forms at Lacey Recreation, or on the door of the museum located at 126 South Main Street (Rt.9) behind Mrs. Walker's Ice Cream. The museum will open to accept last minute registrations Friday, September 27 from 5:00 to 7:00. The society is also offering a special membership opportunity! Join now and for $10.00 get 2020 free! A membership table will be set up in the pavilion to answer any questions. Come on out to Lacey Day to enjoy food, a raffle, demonstrations, music and local business representatives.
