Forked River Rotary Club Sets Date For Annual Doggie Derby
The Annual Doggie Derby and Family Fun Day on June 6 will feature games, vendors and pet novelty contests for the best dressed pet.

LACEY, NJ — The Rotary Club of Forked River will hold its Annual Doggie Derby and Family Fun Day on June 6.
The dog-friendly event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Jones Road Park in Forked River with shows, games, a bounce house, dog-themed product vendors and a food court.
There will also be pet novelty contests, including Most Happy Dog, Best Dressed, Best Tricks and Dog and Owner Look-A-Like Contests.

Admission costs $5 per person with a maximum of $20 per family. Children ages 10 and under can enter for free. There is a $2 registration fee for each dog.
The rotary club is still seeking pet-related vendors for the event, like pet suppliers, groomers, pet services, veterinarians, pet shops and pet rescues for adoptions.
