Have You Seen Maggie Mae? She Is Still Missing In Lacey Township

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Maggie Mae, a much-loved pit bull mix, has been missing from her Lanoka Harbor since April 16 and her heartbroken family is hoping you've seen her.

Maggie weighs between 45 to 50 pounds and has a brindle coat. She has been spotted several times over the past several days, heading into the woods between the playground near Ash and Basin roads, said Matt Geissinger, director of the Lost Dogs Search and Rescue Facebook page.

"This one is in the woods and it’s frustrating all of us because of the amount of woods involved, but we believe she is popping out long enough to find food, then going back into the woods," he said. "Trail cams are up, but the woods are extensive in that area."
