Lacey Christmas Tree Recycling Pickup Starts On Friday

The Lacey Township Public Works Department will begin picking up discarded Christmas trees starting on Friday , Jan. 2 and ending on Friday, Jan. 16.

Public Works Director Casey Parker asks that residents remove all tinsel and garland from their trees and place the trees at the curb on their regular recycling day.

Residents can also bring their trees to the Lacey Recycling Center and place it in the brush bin or to any of the following parks:

Hebrew Park

Clune Park

Bamber Lake Recreation Area

Gille Park

Huffy Wallis Park.

Artificial trees should be placed out for collection on your normal trash collection day.
