LACEY, NJ — A fundraiser is seeking volunteers to donate meals to a Forked River family whose father died suddenly on June 22.

Daniel Gaboff, 36, is survived by his wife Sharon and three children, according to his obituary.

“Sharon posted to the Lacey Township Chatter group, that she had some trouble while she was on her way to grocery shop with her children,” the fundraiser’s organizer wrote. “We learned that she had lost her husband just five days ago. We would like to help lighten that burden for them by forming a meal train.”

"We would be very appreciative to be able to gather money for the kids to give them the best life he would have wanted them to have. Every bit helps," the fundraising page says
