LACEY, NJ — Even the most careful planner knows the feeling of realizing they've forgotten to buy a key Thanksgiving dinner ingredient. Don't worry — Patch figured out where you can purchase something Thanksgiving day.

The good news? Many local grocery employees will get to spend the day with their families. The bad news? There won't be many places open for last-minute shopping.

Here's a list of grocery stores in the Lacey area and their Thanksgiving hours:

• Walmart: open 24 hours
• ShopRite: closed
• Lidl: closed
• ALDI: closed
• ShopRite in Waretown: closed
• ShopRite in Bayville: closed
• Toms River ShopRite: 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Toms River Stop & Shop (2360 Lakewood Rd.): 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Toms River Stop & Shop (353 Route 37 E): 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
