Lacey's Carl Swensen Commits To UTampa Basketball
Carl Swensen, who scored over 1,000 points for Lacey, has committed to the next level.
LACEY, N.J. — Carl Swensen officially committed to the next level. The Lacey Township High School senior will play basketball for the University of Tampa.
Swensen has come a long way since suffering a horrific leg injury during a football game his sophomore year, according to Shore Sports Network. Swensen snapped both his tibia and fibula.
But he made a comeback his junior year. Swensen later scored his 1,000th career point against Delsea.
