World Spay Day is coming up. The Popcorn Park Animal Clinic will host a free spay-and-neuter clinic Tuesday, Feb. 26 for the occasion. They will also include free rabies vaccines for cats.
Doors open at 8 a.m. on 1 Humane Way, Forked River for drop-offs. The organization will take about 35 patients on a first-come-first-serve basis.
All cats must come in sturdy carriers or traps. Popcorn Park Animal Refuge will call each owner when surgery is complete to arrange a same-day pickup time.
