A 'Little Dog In A Big World' Is Waiting For You At Popcorn Park

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Dexter, a beautiful little chihuahua/pomeranian mix, lost his home when his owner moved and couldn't take him along.

The little dog is quiet and shy, probably from the recent turmoil in his young life. The Associated Humane Societies Popcorn Park Facebook page describes two-year-old Dexter as "a little dog in a big world," without a family.

'Poor Dexter is a bit quiet and shy at first, most likely because this is all so new to him... but let him get to know you and he is a just a little sweetheart," the post states. "He is mellow and well behaved, and he's very gentle too."

Dexter is housebroken and walks perfectly on a leash. He is fine with children and seems to like small dogs too. This little guy needs a nice family and a forever home. If you are interested in adopting Dexter, his file number is #28082.
