More Than 13K Lacey Homes Lose Power In Outage

LACEY, NJ — A power outage in Lacey was affecting more than 13,000 customers this afternoon, according to Jersey Central Power & Light.

About 98 percent of JCP&L’s customers in Lacey — 13, 629 of 13,860 total customers — were without power as of 2 p.m.

Crews expect power to be restored at 4 p.m. Monday.

Lacey police announced that the outage was caused by a downed wire.
