Natural Remedies for Stress & Memory
Shed some energy weight & sharpen your mind - Head back to school/work using natural energies for stress/anxiety relief and memory/study.

Now that Labor Day has passed we will be heading back to school and work. Why not incorporate natural energy to make this transition easier? Here are a few natural ways to alleviate stress and sharpen the mind/memory.
Natural Stress/Anxiety Relief Aids-
Scents: lavender, ylang ylang , or patchouli incense, or a blend of essential oils such as Charmed in Company’s panic relief or stress relief oil.

Colors: blue, purple, and pink (wear or burn a candle)

Memory/Study Aids-
Scents: lemongrass and rosemary incense, a blend of essential oils such as Charmed memory/study oil, or in a simmering pot of water add ½ lemon rind and 1 Tbl of rosemary.
Gems: Howlite, Fluorite, or Steatite
Colors: Yellow and Orange (wear or burn a candle)
