LACEY, NJ — The Associated Humane Popcorn Park Shelter doesn't know how Count lost his eye. But it doesn't hinder the cat in any way.

"He was definitely loved and cared for prior to being turned in by his owner who could not keep him any longer," the shelter wrote on its Facebook page. "Nothing gets Count riled up or upset in any way."

Now the 4-year-old is looking for a new home. Count has "zero shyness" about him and loves everyone he meets. He also seems fine around cats and with people of all ages, according to the Popcorn Park Shelter.
