Pedestrian 'Seriously' Hurt In Accident At Forked River Plaza
Officials took the pedestrian to the hospital, but State Police did not know his current condition.
LACEY, NJ — A pedestrian was "seriously" injured after an accident Sunday night in the Forked River Service Plaza off the Garden State Parkway. Officials took the man to the hospital, but State Police didn't have an update Tuesday on his current condition.
State troopers responded at 9 p.m. Sunday to the accident. A vehicle hit the pedestrian as he crossed the street, according to Tpr. Charles Marchand.
The crash is under investigation.
