Richard S. Bargloski, Former Lacey Resident, Dies At 42

Richard S. Bargloski of Belmar died on Oct. 1, 2014. He was 42.

He was born in Toms River to Richard and Patricia Bargloski. He grew up in Forked River and attended Lacey Township High School. He graduated from Monmouth University, magnum cum laude and played quarterback on the University's first football team.

Richard was employed by Bank of America in Merrill Lynch's wealth management division. Rick loved being with his family and friends and especially his time at the beach, fishing, golfing and a love of all sports.

He was predeceased by his brother, James; uncle, John Burke and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Surviving are his mother, Patricia Burke Bargloski; his father, Richard J. Bargloski; and stepmother, Karen McLaughlin. Also surviving are his sister and her husband, Tracey and James Adams and their children Brielle and James C.; two stepbrothers and their wives, Robert and Tia McLaughlin and Kevin and Jeanine McLaughlin.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial At 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7, at the Church of St. Pius X, 300 Lacey Rd., Forked River, NJ.
