“To me, this prestigious award represents the challenges I overcame since the loss of my husband and business partner last year,” Lakhani-Bhatt said. “The reinvention of TechWerxe wouldn’t have been possible without my strong support network of family, friends, colleagues and peers and I will be forever grateful to all of them.”
Here’s what the award organizers had to say about TechWerxe:
“TechWerxe is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in New Jersey that services small-midsize businesses. Whereas most MSPs typically come in as firefighters to solve IT issues, TechWerxe considers itself fire prevention and focuses on addressing issues before they become a problem. As such, its help desk is considered its last line of defense. TechWerxe is known for its strength in cybersecurity and compliance, and provides a complete private cloud solution that includes a top-tier infrastructure, hardware and software.”
“In a year like no other in our lifetimes, we’ve produced a cohort of amazing, Stevie-winning women, organizations, and achievements like no other,” said Maggie Gallagher, president of the Stevie Awards.
“At all times our winners show themselves to be fearless and indomitable, but their leadership and example are especially valued this year,” Gallagher said.
