LIVINGSTON, NJ — Doing Thanksgiving in Livingston in 2018? Here are a few friendly reminders from town officials.

- All Township of Livingston offices will be closed on Thursday, November 22 and Friday, November 23, 2018 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
- The Livingston Express Shuttle will not operate on Thursday, November 22 or Friday, November 23. Regular service will resume on Monday, November 26.
- There will be no garbage or recycling pickup on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22. Garbage for those with Monday/Thursday pickup will be collected on the next regularly scheduled day, Monday, November 26.
- Recycling collection will move forward one day per the normal holiday schedule, affecting Zones 4 and 5: Zone 4 recycling will be picked up on Friday, November 23 and Zone 5 on Saturday, November 24.
- There will be no metal pickup on Friday, November 23. Regular Friday metal collection will continue on Friday, November 30 (register by 12 noon on Thursday, November 29 for that Friday’s pickup).
