Livingston Public Schools Set Delayed Opening
Schools will open on a staggered schedule following a major winter storm

Livingston Public Schools will have a delayed opening on Tuesday following a major winter storm that dumped almost 11 inches of snow on North Jersey.
The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory on the Tri-State area, warning of significant amounts of black ice and treacherous road conditions until 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
Officials warned this evening would bring a phenomenon called ”flash freezing” of roads, where slushy roads would turn quickly into black ice as temperature drop rapidly. Overnight temperatures are expected to drop as low as six degrees, with temperatures as low as 10 degrees below zero.
