Livingston’s New Shopping Center Attracts More Stores: See What’s Coming

The 41,000-square-foot retail center will be located near the intersection of Route 10 and Eisenhower Parkway, developers say.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — A new shopping center in the Route 10 retail corridor in Livingston continues to attract new tenants, a report says.

Developers previously announced that The Corner at Livingston Circle, a 41,000-square-foot retail center to be built near the intersection of Route 10 and Eisenhower Parkway, will include shops such as the Container Store, Shake Shack, Starbucks Coffee and Blaze Pizza.

In addition, The Corner has now attracted Sprint Wireless and Santander Bank, and a car wash is planning to open at 395 West Northfield Road where the Circle Service Station once stood, Essex County Place reported.

Saber Real Estate Advisors, with offices in Aventura, Florida and Armonk, New York, is developing the site. According to a release, the developer anticipates completing the project by the end of 2016.
