“Much of New Jersey’s luxury rental housing development in the last decade has focused on the state’s more urban communities, while many towns like Livingston have been underserved,” stated Jonathan Schwartz, senior vice president of BNE Real Estate Group.

“We tailored The Hillside Club to cater to the growing demand in this area for amenity-rich, maintenance-free living. We know there are a lot of people who are drawn to the rental lifestyle and who also have their hearts set on Livingston. We urge them to visit the community today, because The Hillside Club was designed with them in mind.”
