Pure Barre Livingston Responds to Murphy’s Fitness Shutdown

Fitness and exercise are vital to our overall health. The mandated shutdown of fitness studios by Governor Murphy due to COVID-19 has had negative physical and psychological effect on many people. While some are able to motivate themselves or have the space to work out at home, many rely on group fitness to benefit from exercise.

Class sizes will be limited to 15 students and will feature designated, open-air stations, spread out at least six feet apart. For all classes, students should also bring their own mat, towel, water and a set of free weights (optional).
