Richest Man In N.J. Completes New Hamptons Home
Livingston's David Tepper bought the property from the spouse of ex-governor Jon Corzine.

Livingston’s David Tepper – recently named the “richest man in New Jersey” for 2015 – has completed his new Hamptons mansion.
Tepper bought the home he tore down from Joanne Dougherty, the former spouse of former Governor Jon Corzine, NJ.com reported.
He purchased the 6.45-acre Sagaponack estate for $43.5 million in 2011.

At the time of purchase, plans included an 11,000-square-foot-plus main house, nearly twice as big as the mansion that once stood there, according to plans filed with the Sagaponack Village Building Department.
Plans also included a 1,000-square-foot-plus three-car garage with a basement, a 550-square-foot pool house and a 270-square foot tennis pavilion.
