School Vote, Town Council, Registration Begins

The week's big story is the school vote on Tuesday, March 12.  Briefly, Voters in Livingston will decide financing to build three new media center additions and classrooms at two other elementary schools. The construction will result in 14 additional elementary classrooms. In addition, work will bring the older section of Livingston High School into ADA compliance. The school vote on March 12  would allow the District to borrow up to $18.2 million for these facility improvements.

Polls are open: 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.

The Township Council meets on Monday, March 11. The Conference & Regular Agendas are here.  Among other items, a Proclamation will be presented that marks May as Preeclampsia Month in Livingston.
