TBJ's Simon & Garfunkel Tribute Show Canceled

Saturday's show is canceled and the brotherhood will refund tickets.

Because of the recent death of New York radio legend and rock historian, Pete Fornatale, The Simon & Garfunkel tribute show scheduled for Saturday night at Temple B'nai Jeshrun has been canceled.

The show was originally supposed to be hosted by Fornatale, who wrote a book about the making of Simon & Garfunkel's album Bookends and had a multi-media presentation about the duo, but was going to go forward in his honor.

But the show's scheduled "surprise guest stars" canceled their appearance at the show because of Fornatale's death on April 26, said TBJ Brotherhood co-president Jeffrey Schneider.
