Here’s how the restaurant operates, its owners say:
“The Simple Greek is one of the fastest-growing restaurant concepts in the nation. It allows consumers to create-their-own Greek meal, based on their preferences. They start by choosing a salad or pita that will be made in front of them as they move down the line. Then, they add a variety of fresh meats, vegetables, sauces and spices and top it off with a variety of sides, sweets and drinks.”
